- A source of purified water:

- 1/2 teaspoon Bladder wracks powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea moss/Irish sea moss powder
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon Moringa Oleifera Powder (optional)
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Shilajit (optional)
- Bioplasma (optional)
You can usually get this at the vitamin shop. It contains the remaining 12 minerals from the 108 your body needs to sustain life. 96 come from the Bladder Wracks and sea moss.
- Coconut Water 100% Raw Organic
Find one that isn't packaged in aluminum or any other foil/metal. But if you can't, do what you can do. You'll still feel a dramatic difference in your overall wellness.
- An all natural herbal laxative tea (Senna is a good one)
The Night Before
Drink one to 2 cups of the laxative tea before going to bed the night before you decide to take on the fast. If you don't want to do the tea, you can always take ACTIVATED CHARCOAL (1/3-1teaspoon full depending on your weight/need) or another product from infowarsstore.com called Oxy Powder the night before. Again if you go to the site, Please mention to them that you heard of them from me.
Day of Fast (3-30 days)
Pour coconut water/purified water in a glass. Put all powders into the glass. Stir up and enjoy! You can do this in the morning and then for the rest of the day drink only water or coconut water. At any point if you're hungry add the bladderwrack powder and sea moss as a minimum requirement. Add the rest for an added boost. Shilajit should only be taken about twice a day though because it's super potent. If you need to put in more powder to help curb hunger, feel free to do so.
*Just make sure you aren't going overboard with the amounts or you could spend a day on the toilet. :D

Getting off the fast
Take the next day or 2 after the fast to perhaps eat only fruits and vegetables and, if need be, all natural grains such as quinoa or amaranth. You don't want to stress your system out right after cleansing. Afterwards, you are free to eat how you'd like.
